Would it be possible for an admin to prompt everytime (not force) a customized alert box when a certain group of members login (not all members) until they make their choice? And based on their choice, restriction level(s) are to be levied upon their forum usage.
The alert box would contain external link(s), list boxes, radio buttons, buttons - basically a set of instructions and capture user’s choice then submit it to a database situated at an external server.
